• assistance and legal consultancy for the procedure of creation and implementing the entities responsible for the operation and management of major infrastructure projects;
• specific assistance and consultancy for the companies who take part to the procedures of public procurement of major infrastructure projects, including, without being limited at:
  • consultancy for the procurement documentation;
  • assistance during the procedure and during the execution of the contract;
  • legal representation in relation to the National Council for the Settlement of the Complaints and the competent Courts of Law;
• specific assistance with a view to the identification and participation in PPP projects.
