Shirina Stefanescu graduated from the “Dante Alighieri” Italian High School in 2005 and from the Law school of  the University of Bucharest in 2009. 

The same year, she became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. Shirina is a LLM (Master of Laws) graduate in «European Law» at the Bucharest State University, her final paper being «The cross-border insolvency procedure according to the E.U. legislation». Recently, she graduated  the classes of the National Institute for the Training and Improvement of the Lawyers, becoming a Senior Lawyer.

From 2008 until November 2009, when she joined our team, Shirina worked as a solicitor at the Romanian Broadcasting Corporation (National Radio Station).

Her practice mainly covers the areas of corporate and commercial advise, labor law, intellectual property, real estate and litigations.
