As part of her experience, Lorena advises clients with respect to pre litigation matters, having gained experience in the resolution of disputes prior to litigation. 
 

Also, Lorena has successfully represented the firm’s clients in complex cases, commercial and civil law, as well as in complex labor disputes having as object the annulment of decisions for disciplinary sanctions, payment of salary rights and the annulment of collective bargaining agreements concluded at company level.
