ANDREI-TEODOR UNGUREANU was elected by the Partners of S.C.A. “DELEANU VASILE – AVOCATI” as the new MANAGING PARTNER of the Law Firm for the next period, effective February 1st 2011.

Andrei holds a Law degree (2002) and a Political Sciences degree (2003), both from the University of Bucharest and he became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association in 2002. 

He joined the team in 2004, become Partner in 2007 and he continuously served the Law Firm with commitment. 

As Managing Partner, he is responsible for the implementation of the Firm’s strategy and the day-to-day management. 

Also, he continues to advise the Firm’s Clients on commercial and corporate issues, covering mainly commercial transactions, corporate advice and contract law, M&A and competition law. 

Andrei also holds a significant experience in commercial and public law litigations, as well as in energy law and public procurement procedures.
