Alexandru graduated from the `Nicolae Titulescu` Bucharest Law School in 2005 and became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association in 2006.

He holds a master’s degree in Criminal law at the same University from 2006 and also graduated from the National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers (I.N.P.P.A.).

Alexandru joined our team in 2010 and now deals mostly with the issues related to Infrastructure and public procurement, energy, real estate, construction and competition.
