Alexandru is one of the newest additions to our team, joining the law firm in March 2010.

He graduated from ”Spiru Haret” Bucharest Law School in 2004 and became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association in 2005.

After graduating, he collaborated with a prestigious law firm, developing a vast knowledge in legal counseling in capital market, commercial & corporate law, drafting due diligence reports, legal assistance in share deals.

Alexandru specializes in the insolvency law and reorganization.
