Aura Deleanu

Senior Associate

Mrs. Aura Deleanu graduated from Law School in 2000 and joined us after working for the Ministry of Public Finance for 3 years.

She graduated from a LLM (Master of Laws) in «European Business Law».

She had an important role in the coordination of a team in the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) files, being a member of Committee for the Law 10/2001.

She is an active member of professional bodies:

• Bucharest Bar Association
• Romanian Union of Insolvency Practitioners, Insol Europe
• Center for Mediation and Arbitration Bucharest.

She is involved in the fiscal law, insolvency and conflict mediation, the position of senior associate.
