Mariana graduated from Craiova Law School and joined `Deleanu Vasile Attorneys-at-Law` in 1996. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and also of the Romanian National Insolvency Practitioners` Union. Our team benefits a lot from her experience as insolvency practitioner, her work being focused on insolvency, enforcement procedure and litigation.

Mariana has been involved in reorganizing numerous legal entities, as well as in highly successful debt recovery procedures.
