Mihaela graduated from `T. Maiorescu` Bucharest Law School in 1998 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2000.

In the same year she joined our team & since then, Mihaela has been involved in reorganizing a great number of legal entities, given her expertise as an insolvency practitioner.
