Andrei holds a Law degree (2002) and a Political Sciences degree (2003), both from the University of Bucharest and became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association in 2002.

He joined our team in 2004 and become Partner in 2007.

He advises international and national clients on commercial and corporate issues. His main practices cover commercial transactions, corporate advice and contract law, joint venture agreements and competition law.

At the same time, he holds a significant experience in commercial and public law litigations, as well as in public procurement procedures.
