Practice experience:

Ms. Lorena Stoian has joined Vasile Deleanu Attorney at Law on August 2000 and she is partner since October 2007.

Her main practice is focused on commercial law but has also evolved in other area such as media, labor law, unfair competition, corporate law.

She represents clients in litigations before commercial and civil courts in matters involving commercial and administrative agreements, labor issue, debts recovery, insolvency.

Lorena Stoian has gained broad capability and strength on various aspects related to commercial and civil contracts and transactions, striving to add value to clients by providing strategic and commercial pragmatic advice. She provides specialized legal consultancy to clients in connection with commercial, corporate and civil law.
