Mr. Vasile Deleanu was guest speaker at the Conference organized by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on June, the 8th, on the subject of “The restructuring of the credits versus reorganization of the debtor’s activities”.
The half-day event was marked by the strong messages of the National Bank’s Governor, Mr. Mugur Isarescu and of the Deputy Governor, Mr. Bogdan Olteanu. Mr. Vasile Deleanu, in his capacity of member of the Board of Warwick Legal Network and of the Board of the Nations Union of the Insolvency Practitioners, touched the subject of “The financing of the debtor in reorganization – facility or constraint” in front of the representatives of the major investment and commercial banks of Romania.
